Estimate Process.

1) The client contacts prizio roofing via telephone or email.

2) John or Jonathan prizio will contact the client and confirm an appointment to visit their home

3) We arrive at your home fully prepared to provide you with a complete proposal before we leave that day.

4) We perform a thorough inspection of your home and all necessary areas that need to be addressed

5) We present you with a professionally constructed estimate for you to keep free of charge.

6) We will explain in detail all of the necessary steps that are required to perform a complete construction project on your home.

7) The client is welcome to contact us at any time if they have any questions regarding the proposal.

8) After you accept the proposal we will visit your home and show you all the color options available to you.

9) When the client chooses a color for their roof we will work with you on a suitable start date that you choose.

10) The material will arrive approximately one week prior to our arrival.

11) We will contact you prior to our arrival in order for you to be ready for the project.

12) We arrive on the start date with all tools and materials required to perform a complete roofing project.

13) We will order a refuse removal container at the time we arrive so we are at that site when it is delivered.

14) We will start the project at this time and continue to work at your home until it is finished.

15) After the project is complete we will walk the grounds with you explaining everything that has been performed during the project.

16) After your inspection and final approval your new roof is complete.

17) We then have the refuse removal container removed.

18) You are now the proud owner of a “prizio” roof.
